We use 4×4 Safari Vans in most game viewing Safaris. Every Van is perfectly serviced and driven by a professional driver guide. Our Vans can take up to eight people, which groups, friends, families a chance to travel in the same vehicle throughout the Safari and each client is entitled to a window seat.
We also have luxury Land cruisers each driven by professional driver who is assisted by a Tour Director to guide throughout your safari. Our Safari cars have pop up roofs for game viewing, birding and photography throughout the Safari. Each Vehicle has a portable fridge and smart phones and camera charging options. Every Vehicle seats a maximum of seven people, with every client guaranteed of a window seat.
We currently have the following care hire services
1.CONTRACTED CORPORATE TRANSPORT: Under this service we are involved in picking and dropping of staff from residences to places of work and vice versa in strict compliance to appropriate schedules. This engagement entails long term Contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLA).
2.SHUTTLE / TRANSFERS SERVICES: This service involves picking of clients from source to destination. This services in currently offered in Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzania, Malawi and Democratic Republic of Congo.
3.BAGGAGE DELIVERY: We deliver baggage within Kampala, Nairobi, Kigali, Der and its environs, keep records of the details of the bags dispatched i.e. date, reference number and time of receipt including the vehicle registration and the Driver’s name. The Driver will proceed to deliver the bag taking with him a Baggage Deliver Order (BDO) which will be signed by the client in confirmation of safe receipt of the bag without tampering.

After an early breakfast, we will head to western Uganda for the birding experience in Africa’s No. 1 birding Spot. We stop at the Equator to take photographs of the crossing and enjoy some snacks. We will continue to Mbarara for lunch and coffee in Kabale and then proceed to Bwindi. Overnight at Buhoma Community Rest Camp (Full-board – Lodging, Dinner, Lunch, Breakfast)
After an early breakfast, we will head to the Headquarters of Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park for an orientation plus meeting the guides as well as separation into the groups basing on which gorilla group you are to be tracking.
From there you will set off for your thrilling experience of the Gorillas. Hiking within this mysterious and wonderful forest offers quite a lot to see as you make your way to see the Mountain Gorillas. Look out for additional primates, butterflies, mammals and birds. The trekking will entail thorough climbing before you come face to face with the Mountain Gorillas, watching them only a few meters away. You will see the baby with the mothers, the gorillas partaking their every day routine just right in front of you. Because of tourists like you, we have worked with communities to protect the Gorillas. Our Fair Tourism model supports communities around Buhoma to protect the Gorillas. You will personally see how they are thriving within the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest.
After trekking, you will have a self-guided birding evening around the premises. Look out for the Black Bee-Eater, Dusky Tit, Brown-capped Warbler, the Yellow-billed and Yellow-spotted Barbets, the African and Black-and-white Shryke-Flycatcher, Common Stonechat, Brown-throated and Chestnut Wattle-eyes, a number of Apalis Species, Equatorial Akalat, Slaty Flycatcher, White-bellied Robin-Chat, the Olive-green and Grey-backed Camaropteras,White-chinned Prinnia, Green Hylia, Short-tailed Warbler, White-tailed Anti-thrush, Cape Wagtail, Grey-capped Warbler, Grauer's Warbler, Grauer's Rush Warbler, White-browed Crombec, the list is long. After breakfast, Check-out and head back to the capital Kampala, with stops in Mbarara for a delicious lunch and then proceed to Kampala or Entebbe bringing this 3 Day Gorilla Trekking Adventure in Uganda to a close. Airport drop-off can be arranged free of charge, if you are flying out on the last day of the safari.
